When you are not yourSELF and are disconnected from your body, you are being run by the survival programs of your body and living a life that is not your own. That is why everything feels so hard, why you feel stuck and why you cannot seem to move forward no matter how hard you try.
Women are innate healers, leaders and nurturers however being busy and distracted we have lost our body, ourselves and our wisdom. My job as a connector is to help you reconnect to that part of you that already knows how to be and do life in alignment with what is good for her but also others and the planet.
